Gorges must be cute

i dont know why but gorges in NS1 flipped over on death, had X's for eyes, and stuck their tounge out to show their death. they also waddle everywhere

There has (as far as I know) not been released any art featuring the gorge.

Also, I don't really think gorges are "cute" in NS1. They don't look as nasty as some of the other aliens, but there's a long way to go before I would use the word "cute" to describe them.

That's from the twitter feed. Gorges are fun to hunt down because the aliens are usually defensive of them, and they typically run away at the first sign of conflict.

You are talking about <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/news/2008/1unknown_worlds_videocast_2_hivecast" target="_blank">this</a> videocast? (Near the end, around 8:10).

It does indeed contain a gorge. A gorge that is strikingly similar to the concepts of the <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/images/ns/media-pack.jpg" target="_blank">NS1 gorge</a>.

To be honest, I think that gorges should be the nastiest of all aliens. I think that the fade should be muscular, a skulk should be stealthy and skinny, a lerk should be skinnier and have larger wings, a onos should be buff as hell like it is, and a gorge should be nasty as hell. I say the gorge should be nasty because it's what builds things. I think that it should drool and ######. I don't know, but to me it should look like it smells really bad. Pretty funny, but it makes sense if you think about it. It's heal spray kills marines, almost like a skunk kills us with it's terrible spray.

Wait, I just contradicted myself... skunks are kinda cute right? Lol.
