Pre Alpha Graphics Issue

Hey all I just bought the Special edition with the engin test and all. When i start the game up the Main menu seems to work and look fine but when I try to get into the game there is major screen tearing and it freezes after so long. I get the common bugs that others are getting too such as the sound loops, but I see one being listed as weapons dissapering through walls? I dont even have weapon models? Ive heard of Nvidia problems is this true?

My specs
3.0 Dual core AMD
Twin 8600GT Cards SLI'd
4 gig ram
200gig sata drive
Wireless N card

And yes i searched for topics related but it did not seem to want to work for me.

    the engine test wasn't updated for a long time. Just test again on monday. I have the same problem, it always freezes when loading a map. i just hope its fixed for the alpha :)

    Ahha, If anyone gets these probs I jsut fixed mine by changing to windowed mode and putting the graphics level to Medium. Seems to work fine.

    Also make sure you graphics drivers are up to date. Mine was 6 months out of date, but when I updated, all the problems went away.

    too bad my NVIDIA Quadro NVS 120M on my Dell Laptop will never ever be updated again -.-
