When world loads most features dont work

When i load or create a new world on whatever mode it starts with a few bugs. The inventory is empty, cannot place items in the inventory, cannot use items, when i press escape the pause menu stays in a fixed place in the ocean as i swim around i also can't press any of the options in the pause menu. When i get out of the raft i cannot get back in and get stuck in the entrance of the raft. When i get stuck there none of the keys on my keyboard or buttons on my mouse work for anything in the game and i have to close the game from the task manager as it does not close when i click on the red cross icon.

İ am on the latest version of Subnautica

Can the dev who is reading this please give me their email adress so i can send the log file to them as i could not paste it here.
