[Crash] game crashed while walking around in prawn suit

I was walking around the sparse reef in my prawn suit collecting quarts. When I turned around to go home, the game crashed. I had nothing equipped in the suit left hand, and the drill equipped in the right.
I have the crash.dmp if it is needed.
