[Resolved] Outcrops and vital fragments nonexistent

I've been playing for several days now, and had to restart a new game twice due to severe crashes.
On this third playthrough, I managed to find quite a few objects during the first 30 odd hours of gameplay, but after that, I can no longer find any Sandstone fragments, and slowly I started seeing a disturbing lack of Limestone. Returning to the Blood Kelp, I found a noticeable absence of Shale, and the Mountain Island was void of any Basalt. Quartz, Salt, Urananite, Kyanite, and Mercury were still present everywhere.
I had also found some of the fragments for necessary tools and vehicles, but then that stopped entirely as well. I have 2/3 of the Cyclops, Seamoth, Prawn, and Battery Charger blueprints. The Cyclops Engine fragments are nowhere to be found, neither are the Moonpool, Prawn Suit upgrades, Power Cell Charger, or the Modification Station.
Initially I believed I was just going crazy and that these things had to still exist, but what sealed the deal for me to come here, register, and type this all out was when I visited the Mushroom Forest Biome wreck, and found nothing inside of it other than a single PDA that did not even provide new data downloads, and worst of all, I visited the Dunes Biome, found absolutely zero Sandstone outcrops, and the wreck at the dunes also contained zero scannable items.
Is there anything I can do to fix this in any way, or would I be better off starting a new game?

I should have remembered back when JackSepticEye played and had the same problem, he closed the game to get food (ya know, basic human needs) and when he reloaded, everything was where it should have been.
I just reloaded the game after quitting to the menu, and found Prawn Suit upgrade fragments inside the Dunes wreck. I'm very sorry for wasting your time with this post. Have a wonderful day!
"Did you try turning it off and on again" should be a necessary prerequisite for *some* bugs.
