The title basically sums it.
I can't progress any further down the base, it's not just invisible, if you try to walk on it, you'll fall to your death. So that's probably gamebreaking if it does happen the first time you get in.
Good thing that it wasn't that way the first time I got there, so I did (probably) everything i'd want in there. But I do think this is a bug that's needed posting here.
