<div class="IPBDescription">Wanna get an unoffical tourny going?</div> Well the CPL folks say over and over again, that the best way to get a game into the official CPL tournament is to host an unofficial tournament in the BYOC section of CPL so they can see how much interest it garners. The summer CPL event is coming up in late July (registration is already open) and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in organizing something like this? I already know my clan has 6 people who can attend so hopefully if we get some more clans there we can have an interesting tournament. The hard part is we'd need someone to try and take over organization, including possibly prizes, registration etc. But I really think this would be a fun thing to participate in.

It's held in Dallas, TX and of course the clans would have to organize their own transportation there (which I would think is the biggest obstacle for most). Luckily my clan is stationed in Houston.
What does everyone else think about this?
