Maps With No Weldable Icons

Is it me or do alot of maps not have weldable icon? Isn't that in the mapping restrictions that you have to use them? It's one thing if a few maps have seceret weld spots, but not using the icon is annoying. Views?

umm you dont seem to understand how that symbol works so ill explain. the weld symbol comes up in the center of all weld brushs if you have show hints checked in the customise menu outher wise there not there.
