Starcraft Menu/console

Figured if we're gonna have an SC Total Conversion I may as well pitch in where I can (which isn't very many places). So, got bored, came up with a SC themed menu and console.

I made everything as Terran-looking as possible within my limited skill. I edited the titles.txt, changing all the Kharaa names to their Zerg counterparts that are in the process of being modelled or are already done (Skulk/Zergling Fade/Hydralisk Marine/Terran Marine etc.) and changed some of the other names to make things consistent with StarCraft. I also added some of my own things to the controls section, some console commands (readyroom, etc.)

There are 2 console pics to choose from, Terran or Zerg (the infamous Kerrigan or the Terran victory image).

BTW can somebody make a Cursor from SC and put it in for commander?

and here's the titles thing if no one knows what I'm talking about.

I tried to make the sc cursors, but I only did the pointer, and you have to edit ALL of the cursors in the cursors.spr with the SAME palette in order for them to work right, and uh... yeah it seemed a bit much for just one cursor...

um ok i installed but font's doesnt work - i dont think you set the paths in winzip quite right kuban

Oh the fonts were taken from Delarosa's Chibi Marine menu, which (I think) were made by the DoD team. I didn't know if they were default or not, and they weren't mine, so I didn't include them...

awesome stuff.. but i dont like that splash screen much. I just downloaded this SC wallpaper and put NS on it and kept the original theme (shell graphix). It might look strange with Ns written on it but at least u kno what game ur playin!

heh heh, yeah I planned on putting the ns logo on their, but iunno got lazy, didn't think this thread would get any notice so I didn't bother.

the console pics does certainly look pixelated in 1152 resolution...anyway to make that not happen? or is it HL's fault?

That's HL's problem, the image HAS to be 8 bit in order for it to compile into the cached.wad right <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
Do yall want me to put the DoD fonts into the zip? If you want it that badly I guess I can send and beg 3ncrypted and Necro to update the mirrors.
