Need Some Feedback On A Wallpaper I Am Doing....

<div class="IPBDescription">Non-NS related wallpaper</div> I am doing this wallpaper at a request of a friend of mine (a female friend <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->). But anyways, I am about done but I am stuck as to what else to do with it. I know its not quite done but do not know exactly wat to do. Please note though I am still kind of a n00b in using Photoshop and Fireworks and hence the reason why it isnt as great as I hope it to be.

The wallpaper is that from the movie "2 Fast 2 Furious". I took the original pic and modified it accordingly. I've used fireworks most of the time because I just love using vectors <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> .

The small imager varies in quality distorting the eye. Looks good enough thoug.
