<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Will this work?
If so, will it slow my pc down?

<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->I was getting 9 fps with a 64 MB gf4 ti4200 in some parts of the maps. after increasing the agp apreture size to 128 MB, it runs MUCH smoother.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

And how do I do it?

<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->I set the ram speed to 133 ddr and cas to 2, the white boxes do not appear. the game also runs very slow at 166/cas2.5.
<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

What is CAS? How can I change it? And what will be the effects on my PC?

    well, yes augmenting the Aperture can be a performance boost, but try not to go over 50% of the RAM you have. Too high will get you a performance drop.

    You check the BIOS to do it (usually delete when booting up, might change depending on the mobo)

    CAS 2 really means its latency. It's quite long to explain and is usually better explained by a site:
    <a href='http://www.corsairmicro.com/main/trg-cas.html' target='_blank'>CAS</a>

    It's actually best to set your aperture size to the lowest your bios supports. 64 or 128 depending on your bios.

    Aperture was mostly useful when cards had 16 meg ram <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
