The only thing Australia have going for them is the home crowd that managed to lift them in the semi final game against New Zealand, other than that game they have been fairly poor all year getting soundly thumped by the All Blacks 3 times including the times in the Tri Nations.
England on the other hand have come into this tournament having beaten all 3 of the main southern hemisphere teams in their own backyards and have been on amazing form. Fair enough their performances against the likes of Samoa and Wales in this tournament was questionable but you have to give credit to the performances of Wales and Samoa in those games. I wouldn't be suprised if England don't take the game to the aussies like they did in the summer where they played the hosts off the pitch and mad them look like amatures.

I do feel bad though. My father is a big All Blacks fan (he's a kiwi), and he was devestated (as was most of New Zealand) when they lost in the semis. So I'll be cheering Australia but deep down I'd rather be cheering the All Blacks. Yeah I was very suprised that the Mighty All Blacks lost to the Aussies it was the only team in the tournament that I thought would be to much for the England pack to handle.
