<div class="IPBDescription">They good? bad?</div>I've recently noticed that Netflix rents BOX SETS of anime, and so since I'm a movie fanatic anyway, I'm thinking of subscribing for a month or two and renting a ton of anime. But before I do so, I was wondering: do any of you guys use it? If so, are you satisfied? What about the shipping, they pay for it all right?

I use to awhile ago, but I cancelled it, here's a list of pro's and con's

    Pro's
-Don't have to go anywhere to get movies
-....thats all I can think of

    Con's
-Feels like a chore to get movies (you have to keep the internet thing always updated, whenever you get a movie you have to have it back in the mailbox in a day or so which involves re mailing it back)
-Have to watch movies right away (when you get a movie, you have to watch it within a day or 2 or else you won't get a new one, and you end up losing money on the deal)
-Mailing takes time, for each movie it is at least 3 days there and back, so that's around 1 movie per week
-The movies just keep coming! Sometimes you just don't feel like watching a movie

Mr. Pink: The site says you don't have to return them in just 1 day... It also says you can get 3 movies at once, not just 1. And what do you mean by 'the movies jusr keep coming'? Did they send movies even though you didn't request any?

I've got Netflix: it's really awesome, but I don't take advantage of it as much as I should. If you're really into DVDs and things that they have, I'd say it's totally worth it. But if you're like me and really only rent a few things every once in a while, stick with Hollywood Video or something.

You don't have to return them in 1 day, but if you don't you get screwed on the prices (when I rented from them, I did the math and if you kept a movie more than 2-3 days, can't remember, it would have been quit a bit cheaper for me to go to blockbuster).

They changed that, it used to be 1 or 2.

They wouldn't send movies you didn't request, but you have a list of movies you set that you want them to send you, and it keeps going down that list and sending you the movies.

On a somewhat related note, I used GameFly (Like Netflix for games) and I was quite satisfied with the service. They work on the same premise, so I'd anticipate no problems.
