I couldn't help but fall over laughing when i read on one of them that the bonus was a bra that she actually wore.

Well, they aren't actually selling themselves. The entire thing is aimed towards guys who are constantly ridiculed for being single for very long periods of time. With an "imaginary" or "internet" girlfriend they'll never have to meet, they get letters/emails/random girly gifts sent to them on a regular basis, and they can parade it around all of the "wow you finally have a girlfriend! I'm impressed!" people.
