<div class="IPBDescription">The MTV/VH1 killer.</div> You guys all know about MTV and VH1- they started out great, playing almost only videos the whole time, and slowly evolved into ****. Even MTV2, the channel that is supposed to be nothing but videos, sucks, because half the time they have a billion commercials, and then they have some guy giving commentary on every video for at least 2 minutes.
But about a year ago, I found <a href='http://www.fuse.tv' target='_blank'>Fuse</a>, a channel that plays almost nothing but videos, and only has 1 show that isn't all about videos(but its a great show for us internet addicts, 'cause its for their free online music stock trading game), and even that show has at least 5-6 videos on it. Everything else is just videos, or actual INTERVIEWS with the bands, with the music blaring in the background. Not to mention, a lot of bands, like Linkin Park, Metallica, 50 Cent, All American Rejects, and a lot of others, either endorse them, or have said openly they like Fuse more than MTV. And believe me- Fuse is too poor to pay them to say that stuff. Thats their only fallback- at around 2AM or later eastern, they have to have Paid Programming. But it goes back to the good stuff at 7, so really most people can even watch it in the morning.

They have actual shows called "Uranium"(for hard-metal rock), "Authentic Hip Hop"(obvious), "Rockzilla"(also obvious), and "Red Star Sounds" that plays a bit of everything. A lot of times I'll see 100% new bands on there that I've never heard of before, and also, at least in my opinion, very rarely is their bad music on (except with Uranium- most of it is too "Screamy" for me, but tons of my friends love that show)
I never said that my opinion is the right one. I am merely voicing my opinion. If I didn't feel that way about it, it would obviously not be my opinion.
Nope. First off, they were the ones that debuted Maroon 5- a band I still don't think I've heard anything like. They also are basically the only player of Dashboard confessional, as well as many other bands that aren't well known, but have great, new sound music.
