Your system has recovered from a serious external device failure, and is now in safe mode. Please reboot to regain full function.


It might as well be saying:

**** you you ****, I won't run HLModel Viewer.

does sound like you might have a virus, but i'm not that smart about that sort of stuff so don't trust what i say much. but, keep it in mind
