Need A Web Layout

I need a layout for my new modelling site <a href='http://www.nsmodelling.galacvalley.com/' target='_blank'>NSModelling</a>. (Original name isn't it?)

Got to be dark and have somewhere to incoporate the current ad banners.

1st place recieves 50mb personal space for hosting things, moderator status on forum and their own rank on it of their choice (and of course their site used.)

2nd place recieves 10mb personal space for hosting things, and their own rank on forums of their choice.

3rd place recieves 5 mb space.

Hmm... this will end exactly 2 weeks from now, so Wednesday the 18th of May i believe.

    That is my best website (also my first and only) so far, done off the school's server (at web team meetings, every other monday and I've only been able to go to half of the meetings this year) done via FrontPage...


    I would use backgrounds and such, but it'd affect the entire school website, an they dun like that!

    I would really look around for a better host. The banners on that site are.... too much. I realise they're free, but damn.

    <a href='http://www.port5.com/' target='_blank'>port5.com</a> offer free, banner / popup free space, well, i think they still do.
