If you do not have access to the above technologies, you may also wish to reposition your computer hardware in such a way that the sunlight does not reflect off the surface of your monitor.
Finally, the simplest solution would be to avoid playing during daylight hours (be warned, as it may last as long as half a year if you live near the polar regions).
