Lag In All Servers...

I am having a problem where I lag in all servers when playing NS, I don't get lag in other mods, or other games. Just NS.... I haven't changed my settings at all, and they are the same as I had last friday when I was getting <100 ping in most NS servers...

Doom 3 runs fine, CoD runs fine... CS runs fine(ugh I hated testing it out on that), Just NS and I haven't touched my settings....

    somehow or another, settings always get reset on steam even if you didn't touch them. Try messing around with your rates a little bit thats all I can tell you

    what settings should I play with... I am chaning cl_cmdrate, cl_upraterate, cl_rate, rate, and cl_cmdbackup .... nothing changes....


    EDIT: nvm figured out... rate was set at 1500.... should be 25000 ....
