Crosshair missing after using ingame Menu

I can use the ingame menu. If I press the button, the menu draws to screen and i can select the 1st sub menu, but cant select anything deeper in the menu. I can only select the menu item deeper, if i press the flashlight button.
But after this, the crosshair disapear and only relogg will take it back! This happens on 3.1 and on 3.2 Beta 2!
I dont know why, is this the crosshair bug called in the changenotes of Beta2?
How do the other play ns without menu or crosshair? Any workaroung?
Or is this another bug?
I installed newer Graphic card driver, but nothing helps.
