Very nice, but I see a lot of polys wasted on things that won't be seen. The side meshes being an example. I'd reduce the polys on those and put some more work in to detail on the cover. Make the top look more real. Maybe use semi-transparent texture over the light that makes it look lit up?

There's a "grenade.mdl" file inside the zip, I guess he forgot to put the "w_" infront of the name. Just rename it and you'll be fine.
