It's unlikely I'd be playing HL anymore if NS didn't exist. At most I'd be playtesting/forum moderating for something like DOOManiac's Stealthmod prototype or hoping to join testing for the Nightwatch mod in development, but it's unlikely I would've heard of either without coming here first.
I'd probably be catching up with singleplayer games as I've tried to do recently: I just finished Planescape: Torment, I'm halfway through Grim Fandango, I'm planning on playing Jagged Alliance 2: Wildfire, and I intend on getting my hands on System Shock 2. By the time I'm done with those I may have the savings to build a new computer for KOTOR, Deus Ex 2, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, Far Cry, and any others that'll need better than my GeForce2.
For multiplayer, I'd be playing what my local friends are playing, which right now is mostly Masters of Orion 3 and (occasionally) Neverwinter Nights co-op (I love co-op in any game).
For exercise I'd use by now properly-set-up dance mat for <a href='http://www.stepmania.com' target='_blank'>StepMania</a> (DDR rules)

If not for NS i would be playing CS, DoD, FA, S&I, FLF, just to name a few. I have too many damn games to play right now, need to cut back drastically.
anyone metion HALF LIFE RALLY?<!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo--> OMG ITS OUT GO GET IT <a href='http://www.hlrally.net' target='_blank'>here</a>
Yeah I'd play, albeit not as much. I'd play DoD, as that mod is just neat (or was, going downhill recently). NS is pretty much why I "bought" HL (stole a friend's key for the first while, since he had no net, then got one with a radeon card)
Yeah, BF1942 has better graphics, but the smacktard to player ratio is too high (way above 10:1) and CoD just doesn't have the player base and hasn't been around as long as DoD.

Yahoo Go is pretty good though.
Without NS, Half-Life and Steam won't even be on my HDD.
TFC,CS and tThe Specilists was allways enough half-life for me.. untill I found NS lol dad sayed hl wasn't worht the money, that proves parents aren't allways right

I would probably still be playing CS. But thankfully we do have NS so Im not <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
I'd probably still be playing DoD, a little bit of The Specialists and possibly HLRally. (Though I'm not gonna play until lag is sorted.) I'd also probably play more game demos.
played TFC for about 3 years until ns came out <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
I used to play in the uktfcl prem and 1st div but then NS came out and I dont think iv played TFC since
2 pages of replies and Ricochet and Front Line Force were only mentioned once each. <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Damn it FLF rocked. It simply had the edge over DoD. Nothing quite as satisfying as sending your teammates to the points and capturing them all simultaneously. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Hmm. Possibly getting a Quadruple rebound kill on richochet.
I tried Cs for the first time two days ago. :S Man it's insane. I only found out you had to buy the weapons after a good 2 mins of playing...
If it wasn't for NS, I'd probably not be playing games and focus on school/work. Though before I picked up NS, I was playing CS, Starcraft and Diablo II! <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
