Just read this. Man I guess its true that anime can be about anything. And I though that an anime series about tennis was ridiculous. Now you got one about the game of golf.

It just like having a hollywood action film about golf. Except that will never happen.

    Well I don't think sports anime are that bad. Ie. Hajime no Ippo is awesome. And well hobby-related HNG rocks as well.

    Like people always say that an anime about a board-game such as Go cannot be good, but still Hikaru No Go is one of the best anime out there imho.

    Besides it'd be quite boring if every anime series was a nothing but a harem-anime...
