I have recently written an amx plugin that allows for a seamless MvM or AvA game. However I need map makers! I have currently 1 crappy map for this.
05.chem-x.net is the server it's on atm. "cx_vote_map co_human" in console will come up with a vote for that map.
Again I need map makers, if your interested plz feel free to pm me. I'll give you the info needed to make these such maps.

You got AvA to work without bugs?!
Edit: Oh, and regarding MvM maps, I have an idea for one that I'd like to put a team together for, because I never manage to create an entire map because I tend to move on to other ideas.
Anyway, I'm thinking a large city block, with some rooms in the buildings accessable. If possible, also have vehicles like in the CS map Jeepathon2k.
And, even a backstory. This part of the city is controlled by two rival gangs. Large conflicts broke out and the bystanders all left when both gangs managed to steal TSA equipment and weaponry, and took to the streets. So it wouldn't be TSA Marines vs. TSA Marines, it would be people who just have TSA stuff.

Anyway, I wanna play an AvA map. I might make one in an infested cave, mwahahahaha.
MvM right now with the proper plugins works great...
And as for all this talk about making MvM, im going to say this; It will benear impossible to make a fairly unbalanced gamed of MvM the teams are axactly the same, and runds never, EVER end. I'd try to make a map timer, for those just thinking of team DM, one major problem of silly is it lasts forEVER. So watch out for that if you try it.
or you could set it for that one room is ht e place to be held, andi you hodl it for say 10 min or something the cc gets killed by the trigger hurt, then game ends new map, but I think that would be the only way unless you could just spawn a whole bunch of turrets and a tf around the enemy CC, that MIGHT work but I'd highly doubt it, you'd need a plugin if not...
But at this point I'm not worried about it. Although I do need maps. How maps are done for other MvM plugins I dunno but how maps are done in mine are simple.

Make the hive have a lot more hp than normal, with leaping skulks, flying lerks, blinking fades, and charging oni, you can get to the hive quite fast as an alien, and still avoid other enemy aliens, as well as do massive damage to the hive
ex. 70 damage a bite for skulk, and it's fast and has leap, and bites fast, not easy to kill, same with lerk and fade.

But I really hope that the upgrade issues for team 2 are fixed. There were some instances where devs said they fixed a bug and the bug still remained :/
Current bugs for AvA are:
First Alien to join team 1 will spawn in RR
Other aliens on team 1 will have to wait in line to spawn
Aliens on Team 1 cannot use thier hive abilities.
I'm currently trying to fix these but it may turn out to be a NS bug and not me.
Now for something productive:
Find a way to spawn hives and spawn one for team 1.
Again team 1 spawns a hive but like listed the first player spawns in RR (this may be due to the hive's rang and the position of RR). Also the whole first team has to spawn in one by one. And they are not allowed to use hive abilities... Again this may be just map bugs I'm not sure I'll be playing with it later.
Looking at the plugins compared to mine... There is a lil less resources used. But the mappers are required to do alot more. Where with my plugin the mappers set the map up like they would a normal CO or normal NS (MvM only) are they can play like that without the need of a 3rd team to kill later on in the game.
Also as far as a working AvA I have it all set but I need to figure out how to unlock the abilities of team 1....
