I'm Slashman, Long time lurker, maybe a year or so on and off of following the boards, but questions I had to have answered made me want to register. I frequent The Opera boards much and a lot of us over there seem hyped up for the release and have been filling that craving with The Specialists, yet the time draws near. Some of us are even registering here (Shifty Eyes! I see you!<!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->.
The amount of guests and board activity astounds me! Can't wait until it is out... Allright, I can. Just a few hours. I can make it... hopefully...
I heard about the game on the hlds_linux mailing-list. This looks really professional and thorough. Looking forward to trying out. I'll be setting up a server in the near future. To the NS team and playtesters - Thank You! This is a remarkable achievement! I can't believe this is the HL engine. The art and ambience are excellent! I can't believe this is free!
I was an occasional CS player but I think this will be much more fun for me, I think I'm going to need a new mouse..

Titanium Johnson here, from around Raleigh, NC. Picked up on NS from a posting on EvilAvatar.com just prior to its release. Was enough to get me interested, and when I really read up on it, more than interested me...turned into a must have.

I'm a hardened HL mod player, I admin on a couple of dod servers. I live in UK.
I had the link to NS sent to me over irc, gave it a try and was an instant fan. I play whenever I get a chance or some time free from administrating.
