Map Loading Problems

Everything so far after I installed the b1,b4, and b4a versions of NS has went ok. The only problem is when I try to get into a game, it will start to load and then all of a sudden pop up with an error that says "Your map file [map name] is different from the one being used on the server." This problem has occured on every single game I have tried to get into and I cannot figure out a way to stop it. Any info would help. Thanks.

Allright, I did all that stuff it said but it still says my maps are different. Help please.
