Which Server Host Is Better?

<div class="IPBDescription">I need input...</div> Ok, I can't consider myself an expert on server hosting but I have narrowed it down to these two for my clan:

If anyone could hopefully tell me either in here or through PM which server host is offering a better deal for a 16 player public. Or which is just better to use altogether.


If by some chance this sort of thing is not allowed to be posted could the mods leave this topic open, and just edit my post to remove the URL's. Then people can at least let me know in here that they can compare and I can discuss it with them privately through PM or AIM.

    definitely branzone, i use it right now and the pings have been great. If u need a problem, u can usually get it fixed that instant if not later the day. and its cheaper than fragdemons

    I just signed up with branzone. So I will let you know. Besides, the server will be right here in Dallas for me with branzone at the Planet facilities.....mega network hub.....hope I ping 10.

    If you're hosting multiple servers, it's often cheaper to rent the entire box yourself and host your own servers.

    I was really lucky... I got an existing-customer deal on my server, 59$ US a month, and it could host 2 16-player NS servers easy <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    That server costs 119$ per month to new customers though, so it's not really so easy to host your own servers unless you need a bunch of them.

    Anyhow, I'm rambling without purpose. So I'll stop.
