Need serious help with my pc

<div class="IPBDescription">Nt</div>Ok here it goes. Whenever I open Msn explorer it goes for awhile then after a few minutes of being on the menu goes all whacky with colors and the pages dont load all the way showing all pictures and pretty soon none. It does the same with Iexplorer and crashes! Sometimes it goes to a black screen where it says "pc setting correct?" then shuts down! Games work fine and all but whenever on the internet it screws up! I need help real bad! please help me with this issue. thx.
