Any good SP HL Mods out there that you guys know of?

Preferablly involving a trip or two to Xen...

And don't say Opposing Force or Blue Shift, I mean custom mods.

And I've already played PoV, so don't bother mentioning that.

    There was one more set into the original half life realm. It was called Point of View where you play a Xen alien and traverse through Black Mesa through areas previously locked down.

    Black Thunder is pretty good. All the monsters are only soldiers, but the puzzles are really fun and the game is looong. Almost as long as the HL SP campaign.

    It's probably one of the better single player mods I've played. You play as a guard, like in Blueshift, but it's a helluva lot longer. Before the trouble starts there is a lot of places you can wander about in. They also added female guards. <a href='http://]http://halflife.multiplayer.it/azuresheep/' target='_blank'>Here's</a> the site.

    There was this other mod I played but I can't remember the name. It's a lot like Duke Nukem in several places.

    Where's USS Darkstar? I've been looking for some links but haven't found any.

    There was a Wild West mod out a while ago that was fun. It was SP and MP, so that was a plus.

    The Challenger Deep is a long , challenging SP mod by Doc Rock (the guy who made Conundrum 1 & 2 , weird egyptian themed SP mods)

    Point of View is definitely the most original though. The lack in weapons makes the gameplay slightly repetitious though.

    Just extract it to your steam\steamapps\blah@blah.com\half-life\ folder and it'l be under your third party games list.

    I just got through playing Darkstar. While it doesn't have any new enemies or weapons, it's pretty well done and is actually quite enjoyable. Quite short at 2 hours long, however and sometimes you feel a bit lost with what to do next, but on the whole, it's pretty good.

    USS keeps crashing on me. I extracted the .pak and everthing except logo.avi to a folder in my halflife directory named USS Darkstar. I put logo.avi in a folder called MEDIA under USS Darkstar. It keeps crashing. Does my computer just hate me?
