[code 35]?

every time i join or create a ns game i get stuck in rr with this message :
Your system has been modified Please remove the modification to play on this server[Code 35] . i can see everything in the game just cant move

I've had this problem before. At first I thought someone had enforced some kind of anti-custom model/sounds conformity program, so I changed all my custom skins and sounds back to default.

Still did nothing. In the end I realised I had turned on Cheating Death and was joining VAC protected servers. VAC detects cheating-death when its activated and considers it dodgy, gives you that message and wont let you do anything.

If you have cheating death, only turn it on when joining cheating death servers.

NS does not have VAC support.

open c-d was the problem , i was used to keep it open allways because of ns 2.1
