Hello!
Welp, firstly, congratulations to the NS team for what I consider to be one of the crowning achievements of HL modding!
I've had SO much fun with this game despite certain lag issues and idiotic admins messing with the economy in-game, that I'd go so far as to actually *purchase* this game (and I warez everything!. Anyways, just a few questions and maybe some observations:
I have no trouble at all playing commander for the marines, I'm a very experienced RTSer, and my marines have won every game we've played so far. For challenge's sake though, I'm dying to get good at playing aliens. I don't know if its the admin's who've scrwed with the economy, but the aliens early game seem to have only a small trickle of RP's coming in to them. Can anyone offer some beginning game suggestions for getting the alien team ready and mobile to expand? It always seems like between evolving into a gorge, then waiting for those RP's to trickle in so I can actually get some defense up, we're already dying. What'd I'd greatly appreciate is some experienced alien players' game plan, what they initially work on, and where they expand from there. Thanks!
Also one observation, we do have to be honest here, marine turrets are stronger than alien offensive chambers. Is it supposed to be where aliens can only build a limited supply of those in an area, whereas marines can build tons? Or is it just something else the admins have tweaked? I guess its true what they say, that to get good at aliens its going to take a while, you have to give up your deathmatch style of play and lurk in the shadows.

Do we have an official estimate on when the lag patch is going to be coming out? Getting pings of 600+ on an 8-man server is killing some of the intense games I've entered! Thanks!
