**Muted***
EDIT:
Ah. Text chat.
No
Lol sorry.
You can only remove it for everyone.
(unless it has been changed) mute mutes all chat from them (including text)
unfortunatly you can't mute people on the other team (or unmute them if they were on your team and then switched <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->)
Damn. I stand corrected.
EDIT: Oh no I don't, see below post. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Btw, does it work by IP, Won/SteamID, or psueodonym?
I know that it remembers who you have muted, (there's a cfg file in nsp with the list there,) but what does it store?
alias muteon "hud_saytext 0;alias mute muteoff"
alias muteoff "hud_saytext 1;alias mute muteon"
alias mute "muteon"<!--c2--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--ec2-->
Put this in your userconfig.cfg and bind something to "mute" to toggle the muting of all text on and off. You cant mute one persons' text, only all.
Muting a player's voicecomm does not mute there text also anymore. I believe that was only 2.01 or early 3.0 (dont remember).
Not sure what it saves when you mute someone but there's a Steam error that it sometimes mutes other people too when you try to mute one person. So it's probably by IP address.
well the text spams my screen cant see things with it ther esp on 30 player servers <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->
