I second that notion.
Tallyho.
Just need to get used to the fonts and get all o' me cookies back.
Someone stole me cookies.
Mouse gestures rule also. I hate you all for not convincing me to do this earlier.
I second that. I'm using firefox now, it hates me... I'm getting Opera again...

I third it.
FireFox hasnt failed me ONCE. I can have 20+ windows open (I dont know why anyone would, EVER with tab browsing.) and still have CPU usage to a minimum, compared to IE. Also mem usage stays low, for a internet browser.
Are all you MS browser using people enjoying, non-tabbed browsing?
We tried, but Monse told us to shut up or he'd ban us <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

If MS browsers are for non-speak users then count me out. Firefox is the only way I 'surf' the 'information highway'.

Will Internet Explorer 6 for XP SP2 be including any CSS3 support? Or even full CSS2 support to a fairly decent level? Or maybe alpha channels on PNG's. Or possibly it might get the box model correct.
Don't get me wrong, you should know that I'm no linux hippy, I like Windows, and other Microsoft Products, but they really need to put a lot of work into their browser to bring it anywhere near up to scratch.
Of course, if they do, then I'll be a very happy bunny indeed, and might just ignore some of the neglect that their second most popular brand has had for the last 3 years or so.
Anyways, I still have to go with IE even though it isn't that great. SP2 should make it a lot better though.

yeah, stick a big, fat, hairy when next to that
until then, i will stick with my popup-blocking, banner ad pwning, tetris playing, radial context menu mouse surrounding, user agent spoofing, DOM inspecting, download manager-ing firefox
edit: if you happen to have a c64 lying around, check out <a href='http://www.armory.com/~spectre/cwi/hl/' target='_blank'>HyperLink</a>
MyIE2 has a nice simple tabbed-browsing system.
One problem I have with FireFox, is that when I click on a link, it doesn't open up in another tab, it opens in another window. Where is the option to change this?

get the "tabbrowser extensions" extension. Then under its settings, set it to "Single Browser Mode" or something.

Nothing wrong with the IE6's box model, check your doctype.

A correct, fully formed XHTML 1.0 Transitional doctype, for example, will render the page in Quirks mode, where margins and borders are collapsed and included in content sections.
Also, and more importantly, putting a correct xml prolog in a document will cause IE to use quirks mode no matter what the doctype.
