Hi I'm cervantes, a moderator in the <a href='http://www.ausns.com' target='_blank'>AusNS</a> community. A little while back we ran a contest called AusNS IDOL, where community members were invited to submit mp3s of themselves singing NS themed versions of their favourite songs. The result is a showcase of I think close to 20 NS themed songs of varying quality in three zip files for your enjoyment.

"Da snitz" was the overall winner, closely follwed by "spetznatz", and someone called "gorgie girl" that we hadn't heard of before the comp, and haven't heard from since.

Have a look at them anyway and tell me what you think. Props must go out to spetznatz for actually playing the instruments to his songs as well, rather than just using a backing track.

    There are definately a few tracks in there (including first day) that I would put on my playlist. Clever lyrics and decent singing.
