<div class="IPBDescription">new map release</div> In time honoured tradition, will post my new map here.
Tis a fun-style combat map with 8 central rooms (4 on two levels) with push corridors linking them. rines/aliens must go through all 4 rooms on 1 level to get to hive/cc.
Perfect for rine/alien ambushing/camping in spawn/central rooms.
Have fun.
Update June 22 - Latest version (co_campers_5f) has various vents added and heavily updated hive/cc rooms. Now there are corridors under the rine control room with a more-vulnerable sunken com-chair.
Vents all over the place make it easier for skulks to get around without getting plastered. They also give more cover and protection in the hive room.
Crates in hive room give gorge easier access to hive for healing and cover for skulks.
Spawn points are now scattered around a bit so stay alert when your dead and keep an eye out for good spawn-camping spots for those times when you join late.
Added random team and spectate to readyroom and remodelled it so it looks nicer and more authentic (I know the fire and the wood are not perfect - but what do u expect from halflife?).
Additionally, Ive added probably the most unique readyroom secret area ever - have fun looking for it (hint - turn your sound up).

You know I'm really not sure it is.
anyhow, tis just the readyroom and is not really important for gameplay.
With playtesting so far, the level seems a little too friendly for lerks in the rine control room. Can anyone suggest easy fixes/solutions to make it a little less lerk friendly. Sadly, due to the level layout, lowering the height of the room is not an option, and the only thing I can think of is reducing the width of the upper walkway so lerks cant hide behind it (although this will look a bit stupid)
