I have been searching for a list of skills for the aliens, but I can't find one anywhere.

Anyone want to help me out?

    Quick detail-less summary:

    DC
    Regen - Regenerates hit points as a percentage of total hp
    Carapace - Boosts armour
    Redemption - Teleports you to a random hive when you reach critical health (bugged)

    MC
    Silence - ...
    Adrenaline - Boost rate of energy recharge
    Clerity - Boosts max speed

    SC
    Coaking - Become almost toally invisible to marines
    Scent of Fear - Marines show up as red circles on Hive Sight
    Focus - Damaged increased but rate of fire slowed

    Yes, silence is obvious, but remember a few things. Any noise you make, such as falling, running, or attacking, makes no noise. The only time you make noise is when your bite hits something, such as a marine, or a marine building. You can bounce off the walls and be totally mute. You can also build as a gorge in utter silence. Dropping alien buildings as a gorge makes that loud PLOP noise, and building makes a lot of noise too. You don't make any noise as a gorge, letting you ninja-build PHAT STAX of alien towers without nearby marines hearing you.

    The only exception to this is projectile attacks. Parasite still makes a loud THWAP when it hits a marine, although you dont make any noise shooting it, spore makes that SHREE noise when it hits a wall or floor and clouds up, even though you make no noise casting it, spit and bilebomb make a splash noise even though you make no noise hucking them, and acid rocket doesn't make that SPLOONK SPLOONK noise when it's shot, but does splash noisily on contact.

    So that's silence.

    As for the specific numbers, such as how much of a % regen heals you each tick, you have to do some digging for that.

    did you mean skills as in their "weapons" or skills as in "upgrades"?

    Redemption is not bugged.

    It is simply a % chance that you will be saved. At a certain percentage of health remaining, redemption gets activated. As your health gets lower and lower, this chance increases, but there is still a chance that you will not be redeemed. Shotguns can take some life forms from above their redeem bracket to dead very quickly without giving them a chance to redeem.

    It does make a sploonk noise! Or at least a bloonk noise. Fire up sv_cheats 1, spawnhive x3, and listen to it. :[ SplOONK splOONK splOONK. I love this game, but the sound effects are wieeeerd.

    I like this one suggestion I heard on a pub one time where every player noise would just be replaced by a soundfile of someone saying what is happening. Like instead of shooting noises when you shoot your gun or RARGH RARGH noises when you bite stuff, it would be like "shoot shoot shoot shoot shoot" "bite bite bite bite bite." Instead of sloppy noises when gorges were building, it would be like "build build build build." Stomp wouldn't make a POOM!! noise, it'd just be like "stomp. stomp. stomp."

    I found the idea to be hilarious myself.

    Focus is only applicable to the first slot weapon:-

    Skulk - Bite
    Lerk - Bite
    Gorge - Spit
    Fade - Swipe
    Onos - Gore

    It does not affect any other attacks.

    This is pretty much a satisfactory defintion of "bugged" from any player's perspective.

    Yeah, I only skimmed the information. There was a good thread on the exact levels of carapce made recently; all the way up to the effects of the 5 hive. This is what "search" is for.
