<div class="IPBDescription">The trickle-down command theory!</div> Okay, here's an idea: Commanders should have field commanders. This doesn't require anything (patch wise), just communication. A commander needs to be able to know what is happening in the field to be able to command effectively, and so he has to get intelligence from his field commanders. They should lead squads of 3-4 men, call in ammo and health drops, and just generally contribute to team strategy. With this kind of teamwork going on, the average commander will ahve a much easier time because he will have assistants doing some of his work for him. I dunno, it sounds like a good idea to me, what do you guys think? Anyone tried to be a field commander / squad leader?

Someone that you follow, and someone whom you take orders from. And he takes orders from the commander. Never scatter from him.
Any good field commander is someone who uses the voice com (and can be heard clearly). I found a player who was awsome at this. It's always fun to play with him. At both sides.
Field commanders in WWIIonline are a good idea, because it is the opposite of the above points.
