Popup Menu Getting Stuck Onscreen

Big problem with the popup menu:

sometimes (very often) when I use the popup menu, bad things happen:

1) After I close the popup menu the bubbles still stay onscreen (obstructing my view very much)
2) The popup bubbles for one section are the wrong ones. It seems that a different branch is overlapping the current one. So instead of getting "Evolve to Lerk" I get "Adrenaline" (upgrade branch overlaps evolution branch in some areas)
3) unable to click on some popup menu items sometimes (much rarer though)

    right clicking again twice usually fixes it for me, plus I found that right clicking and holding to use the menu helps reduces the chances of that happening.

    no, sometimes the menu stays up for long long long times. It goes away at random times (for example I'll evolve a few times and it will remain stuck there, but then another evolve and it goes away)

    2 and 3 haven't happened to me, but 1 happens every now and then.

    All I do is open my menu and expand it to the stuck bubble, then contract the menu, then close. A little annoying, but it works every time.

    I'm sure there's a fix in the works.
