The following requirements are needed
-------Must have active regulars, people who know each other, play well together, and have a decent sense of the game. I'm not looking for super competitive players, but I am not looking for first timers either.
-------If your server has a reserve slot, I am required to have one for spectating purposes only. After the test is over, feel free to remove it.
------- Your server must field atleast 16 players consistently. I took off the max player count, but a 16 slot server is required.
------- You agree to leave the plugin active for atleast 2 weeks. The plugin will be avaiable on the server 24/7
------- You must find an active way to tell your players about the balance change, whether via forums, IRC, or in the game itsself. These players must know that the balance change is being tested.
------- You agree to have a survey available for all your members, and have atleast a simple majority of them fill it out.
------- A stats program that logs how many times each side wins is also required, I need this to get an accurate view. Also (not required, but also helpful) if you have access to wins the week prior to the balance testing, so I have something to compare it with, that would be EXTREMELY useful.
Another preference (not required, but would be REALLY good to test). How marine dominated is your server? Meaning do people generally try to get on marines or aliens.

First is assigning players by thair score in psycho stats <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->.
And the second one is a command "amx_sq lider1 lider2". It blocks joining teams
and the chosen liders chose players one by one the teams are showed in the midle of the screan when the teams are ready the game start and auto asing is on do to chosen by liders teams. Its in test pchase to. Only on ns.pl2 Now. some thing like gather plugin on server im gone post some screens soon.
Though FW didn't seem to mention it, it'd also be a good idea to not be running any other mods (even 'fun' or 'useful' ones) aside from those assigned during the course of the testing run(s), to get a better feel for how the balance tweaks would affect an actual pub or clan scrim.

Once again, voogru's becomming a dev. These are not his ideas specifically, it's the dev teams ideas.
People post a lot of ideas, this is my idea and I want proof either way to see if it works or not.

We went through beta 2.01c , remember ? It can't be worse.
Unchained deserves to be implemented in beta 5 , and it won't take much coding since its frame is already done. I doubt anything can match its elegant simplicity , and bring back NS's attractiveness like it does.
If you feel that my lack information doesn't warrant a test, than I'll find another community.

People have been clamoring for details, info, news anything.. And here Firewater is offering the community at large a chance to help out in the testing of one thing that's being discussed and people are still not satisfied??

As for the unchained chamber idea, it came from the PT's, not the dev's. I will not be doing gameplay mods with NS, unless Flayra tells me to.

Either way, thats just one thing it does, theres one more slight change on aliens.
