My hits simply wont reg. sometimes it's not only PSHB but most players i simply cannot hit at all. But putting cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate 100 helped a lot. Check do you have these like i have. If u do, then i dont whats wrong with ur game :/
But if u have defaults, example like 15 or 25 then that was the reason...
