I Need Advice On Homeschooling And What

the future presents itself
Ok.
So I've seriously decided about it.
My mother (conservative freak) thinks it is completely bongo, and my dad is cool with it. The details. Before school ended (good God), my mother and I use to live in an apartment. Now we've *temporarily* moved to a different city to help with my father's newly set up business.
The problem. School is coming up, and its going to be my last year. Seeing how I suffered in the grade's deparment (due to my sheer lack of effort), I thought it might be better moving away, living in the business (yes there is plenty of room) my father bought, and doing corespondance, or homeschool via internet. Our family saves a heck of money, and my sister and mother will not have to live with me in order to take care of what needs to be done (cooking, cleaning, and etc).
The second problem. My sister wants to live in the apartment with her best friend after I'm done highschool; it is located in a very nice district-close to many stores, venues, and etc. Also, if I did move, it would require that all her belongings in the apartment that she left for temporary be moved to the family business, and back once her six months of volunteer work are up. Originally, my mother and her were going to switch back and forth after six months, equating to a total of twelve months, which would have been sufficiently enough for me to finish the rest of high school.
My personal reason besides the finances. Seriously, I can work a lot better in a discrete location (its a small city), and thus accomplish a lot more. I'll have no distractions of social ettiquette, acceptance, and etc; I won't be bothered by my old friends, drug habits, and etc; It'll be a fresh start from a terrible beginning.
I know my capabalities, what my options are in the future, and think this is the best way to what ill-mannered life I have (not very pleasant; not at all).
I don't plan on going to post secondary btw, English degrees are useless, and so are philosophical. It'll probably turn out that I will live like a vagabond, moving from one place to another. Its really sad. I don't care about life; I don't have anything to live for; I could care much less if today was my last. And those reasons are of many, so please do understand.

but i know what you mean about wanting a fresh start. that would be nice.
Everything has its benefits and drawbacks. What I suggest is that you (or your parents) look into various homeschooling groups that are located in the state where you would be doing that. (providing it's in America) Not only will they be able to suggest what you should do, they can also inform you as to the laws and regulations concerning doing it (they tend to vary from state to state)
Just remember, you'll graduate from the top...and bottom of your class Being alone can be benificial to your schoolwork, but many people dislike the lack of social interaction. Homeschool groups can help with this also. Many of them provide activities and events for their members. Kentucky is a fairly good state to homeschool in (concerning laws) so there are many groups like this. In fact, even Six Flags over Kentucky (aka an amusement park) has one day every year (before the BIG season) where it is only open to homeschoolers. I went one year and it was still rather crowded.
Anyway, good luck to you. Just remember, if you don't have a mom or dad who will push you to do your work, you'll have to motivate yourself. My mom had to push me through HS cause I hated it, but when I went to college I had to learn to motivate myself.
Just remember to stick to it. good luck.
