Ok, yeah, so I hardly did any work for this, except for alot of optimising and a bit of reassigning the textures to the mandibles, but I felt it was necessary, because I do love my Arachnid skulk replacement so dearly, and even more so the red backed reskin... anyway here's a picture, it just replaces the skulk mouth, no new animations, but I just HAD to have it to go with my skulk, and I finally got my **** and did it...

That'd be a wee bit trickier but I've thread which should help you with the problem of "which animation plays where"
they just kinda chewed up into pieces or cut em up from what I remember
there needs to be more ST bug models like that green "hopper" flying arachnid for the lerk, and like the brainbug for the hive, and the gorge could be one of those transport beetles... that carried the brainbug.. Yes, this is just a hack job on the default bones and what not, but I just felt like doing something quick to get myself introduced into the forums, nothing like my more complex releases for FireArms mod... nothing like this:

Would you also convert Vash's pistol + glasses as well? I'm a huge Trigun fan.

That way you'd just need to do minor editing, and it'd be much MUCH easier for people to convert stuff (with the proper permissions, naturally).
BTW its not always a case of just changing the model, the Onos ones are very strange and some animations would just look veerrrry odd if the models were merely replaced.
"posing" the NS hands onto the default FA hand bones would be no fun at all...
That, however, is modeller work, and I only casually tinker with animation.
