Lets you customize the 'windows XP loading screen' aswell.
Windowblinds is just a reskin, so it has the same layout, it's what I use
They also have tutorials for installing the themes, and programs for them too.
Don't use wincustomize, besides having to run all the time and taking up system resources, it can cause instability problems. Use <a href='http://www.tgtsoft.com/prod_sxp.php' target='_blank'>StyleXP</a>

StyleXP runs out though, then you have to buy it. WindowBlinds you can keep using.

That looks an aweful lot like a Mac!
Why in the world would you want to to THAT to your PC?! <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Windowblinds simply won't cut for that. You definitely need to revamp the whole thing if you want to do that; not possible with Windowblinds.
Windowblinds only skins the start menu and them windows. And don't forget the buttons.
What program are you using there? I remember someone posting this odd named program in IRC once that i really loved the looks of, but never could get it working. Was more confusing than trying to understand what Monse says...

I'm especialy interested in those things on his desktop....what is that?
Regardless, you should get <a href='http://www.stardock.com/products/cursorxp/' target='_blank'>CursorXP</a> for the ultimate in desktop beauty. It allows you to use png files as cursors and there are hundreds of styles available.
Here is an example of Litestep use:
<span style='font-size:8pt;line-height:100%'>(Click for full image)</span>
<a href='http://gallery.cybertarp.com/albums/userpics/19537/Desktop.jpg' target='_blank'><img src='http://gallery.cybertarp.com/albums/userpics/19537/normal_Desktop.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /></a>
using active desktop and javascript.
A point in the right direction is here:
<a href='http://www.missouri.edu/~traf2b/tsDesk3.rar' target='_blank'>http://www.missouri.edu/~traf2b/tsDesk3.rar</a>
(you need WinRaR to extract it)
read the readme, and go from there!
mine is slightly off from the original, I created a command prompt which is basically "run" from the start menu without the hassle of clicking "Start"
