yum.. where're the fries?
hives, in n out is a strange anomaly in the fast food industry. they don't claim to be superhealthy, but on the other hand they use real, fresh meat, freshly cooked, real fresh potatoes, freshly fried, real fresh everything..
it's all real. and fresh. somehow.
another thing is, you can really order that burger.. all you have to do is tell them how many patties/how much cheese and they factor it into the price.
honestly i have to retain some dignity, coming from NY.. so i'll say this carefully.
in N out is the best fast burger money can buy.

I actually went there one when I was visiting California, butr I only got a shake, since everyone told me they were good and I was very broke. My loss I guess.
i wish we had these in michigan, looks to be a great place to get lan food. best time ever buying food from a fastfood place when me and my friends went to buy food for the lan and we got 11 orders of 5 arby sandwiches for 5 a piece (55 sandwiches in all) that was hilarious.
Haha, I am soo hungry, I was actually thinking about In and Out before I clicked this link and this will confirm what I am going to have for lunch today.
I actually saw a blog of this guy who ate that and took pictures of it. Everyone that made comments was disgusted it was hilarious. Then I went one day and someone right next to me was trying to eat a 20x20(thats what you call them, 20 meat patties) and he had his friend video tape it. Oh man it was disgusting and hilarious at the same time. But yeah, they are the greatest burgers on the planet, only problem is that your going to run a couple miles to burn it off.
In'N'Out IS the best fast burger joint, PERIOD . NOTHING is forzen, not the meat, not the cheese, potatoes, or anything else, they cut the fries and tomatoes in the restraunt, the lettuce is from REAL heads of fresh lettuce, they use vegitable oil for there fries too...... and i just want to clarify, its not really FAST food... the only reason you ever get In'N'out fast is because you get lucky at a busy time and they just pulled it off the grill as you ordered it. They dont premake burgers, and if you go in during a dead time, you have to wait 7-10 mintues for it. Think about it, when was the last time it took you more than 10 minutes to make a burger at home once you had everything ready? Its not some nuked mystrey patty thats been under the UBER-WATTAGE LAMP OF DEATH for the last 9 hours like Mc D's. I <3 it soooo much, me thinks I'll get some on my way home from work now. Its possibly the only good thing about living in Southern California.
p.s. oh yah, and the real icecream shakes kick rear too!!!

is it really that good i mean the hamburgers cuz im a fan of wendies
Also, (at least when I was there) this is their entire menu:
Hamburger Cheeseburger Double-double Double-double with cheese fries sodas shakes
They actually cut their fries in-store, too.
Best fast-food ever.

 The great thing about California. I've got 2 in town, and a third in the town next to ours, as well as about 30-40 more all over Cali.
Though, while they used to be my favorite- a company back from the late 40s-early 70s came back, called "Mars"- only had one location. Its back now, and BEATS In N' Out, surprisingly. It takes a while for the food to be ready- 10 minutes- but it IS considered a fast food joint and is incomprehensibly good.

Favorite burgers are still Tom Wahl's, I doubt anyone here aside from QUAD knows 'em.

double = 2
double x double = quadruple
quadruple = 4

Then again, I usually dunk a double-double in my strawberry milkshake while eating it...
