Hi, I tried to complie my first sma file (extralevels.sma) by using the compile.bat file but it showed up nothing! What do need to do as I'm sure I'm missing something obvious...
Make sure you put it in 'examples' folder and hit compile.bat... it takes some time to compile, so be patient
Once its done, check the bat if there are any errors. If there are, post them on the forums / check it out yourself. Otherwise, close the bat and open up the 'compiled' folder and it should be there
Thanks, I did try your method but it just doesn't appear, and get no error too, sorry to be a pain but what could it be? All the other sma files compile in the example folder.....
I do apologies for being stupid at this.
What does the ns2amx module do? I think I have got it from www.modns.org?
I know this was a while ago, but on the off chance you check the thread - it compiles and outputs it to the "compiled" folder inside the examples folder. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->

A good practice is to make a separate folder to hold .SMA files, after you're finished compiling them.

Make sure you have the ns2amx module running or this won't work
