  Never heard of one of them, do you mean Bile Bomb? (A large grey object that explodes on contact into lots of greey goop)
  
  If that is the case, you need 2 hives (or "unlock next ability" in combat) then select weapon slot 3 and fire. It traves in an arc, so be sure to aim upwards slightly. It doesn't affect marines whatsoever, so use it for taking out buildings.

  No it's a plugin. And yes, you just bind a key. Open your console right away next time you join that server and it should give instructions.

  Note that it being a plugin means that it is NOT in vanilla NS. Don't get too confortable using them.
