<div class="IPBDescription">Need a program</div> Does anyone know a program other than photoshop so that I can make some custom sprays for myself. I've googled and googled to no end, but everything I found was for CS1.5. . .

    I meant a decent program which was made for making half life sprays. I had one for CS 1.5 but it doesn't work for steam.

    Photoshop isn't really made exclusively for making custom HL sprays.

    Does wally need a certain program to run or something? I downloaded it and all I got was a .rar file with no readme or anything=\

    You need that to open the .rar file

    if you have a program that works with CS 1.5 then all you need to do is change the wad it makes to tempdecal.wad in the NS folder and it works.
