Looking To 'transfer' My Constellation Account

<div class="IPBDescription">from 'WONID' to 'Steam' - how?</div> Back in the day (Aug 4, 2003) I dropped 25$ on the NS crew for their awesome game.

Now (once I get back my CD key, etc), I'm switching over to Steam. How can I get it transferred? I still have all the Paypal info (Transaction ID, date, etc). Thanks for your help!
