It has its successes and failures. Some say that combat ruined it all. The leader of this mod, Flayra has formed a company called Unknown Worlds Entertainment. It is looking for investors. For future investors please research on not just how "talanted" this company is, but also consider if this team deserves your investments.
Recently an individual has tested how your company and employees (an employee is an employee and it is not revelant if he or she gets paied). A person named with the account "ANTI-FEDERALIST" was terminated by your employee Nemesis Zero. Today he posted under 10 posts and can hardly be considered spamming. In your active posters part of the fourm it lists an individal who I shall not name who has a total of fourty (40) posts.
Descrimination is discrimination. It is wrong to discriminate based on race, sex, religion, sexal preference and also mental or physical disabilites. In this case it is the mental disabilities part that your compan violated. Some of the posts may be considered humerous or (excuse the language) retarded to your fourm moderators. Although I don't see why the topic in "Off topic" about the election would be offensive. The main point was stated that the Democrats should win dispite some of the information flaws contained in the post. To clear this up the election is in 2004 and not 2005. Everyone who can vote should vote so that is why I want to clear up that the election is in 2004 and not 2005.
Based on the termination I will ask what were the motives. We need a solid reason and not from hastly low level employees. Any employee no matter where they are on the corporate ladder can and may cause the downfall of a company or corporation.
The client's posts can be considered "retarded" (again excuse the language and terminology although wrong) or mentally unstable. He posted his feelings and for that he was "Banned," so I ask you why your company acts this way on posts that are kind of different from the "norm".
This is not the first time this has happened here.

Read this carefully and your "client" might have avoided bannage. Giving punishments based on rules is not discrimination, it's just how things work everywhere.

Please tell me what part of that page has been violated? under 10 posts today is not "spamming" compared to the 40 that was posted. Mental difficulties may not and should not be discriminated.

The reason you were banned is because none of your posts made any sense. They were either viewed as attempts at trolling, spam, or both. I wouldn't be suprised personally if you were just waiting for a ban so you could start this whole little issue up. In fact, we've had this before.
I'd be willing to bet, mister scientist, that you are not only ANTI-FEDRALIST ban evading, but you are somehow related to scooter-blue's little crusade aginst these forums, which means you are not only ban evading, but you are blatantly trolling these forums, which are both aginst the rules.

The reason malls require accessable parking has to do with thier bussiness classification, and public property...
This is the same as this situation:
An individual with a disablility walks into the store and takes something with out paying for it, a mistake, he forgot he had it, after all it is very possible that his disablity happend to contribute... This individual is not charged, but banned from entering the store in order to help reduce the chances that it may happen again and the company suffer losses.
This individual broke a rule and was dealt with accordingly, if you do not like it leave.
