  Are you shure, both cc's are set to built, are you shure the info_gameplay with both set to human, are you shure you set the second teams cc to 3 and not Team 3.

  but when both teams say ready the game will start and soon as the bing stops it says maines win

  Yes, well, apparently they should be 3, not 2. Try that. Turn off smartedit if it seems impossible.
